The 12 photos in this section were taken in 1984. Wild Wild West fan, Jon Weaver had befriended, Fred Stromsoe, former stuntman on THE WILD WILD WEST. In the early 1980s, Fred Stromsoe was Assistant Director on the popular TV series DALLAS and was able to pull strings to give Jon access to the former sets used on THE WILD WILD WEST. The same exterior sets were used for several other western shows produced for CBS including GUNSMOKE. Many facades remained which were distinctly recognizable as the ones on THE WILD WILD WEST television series. Today, most of it is gone, if not all of it.
